We accept returns/exchanges up to 30 days after purchase. Items must show no sign of damage, use, or wear. After 30 days has passed, we no longer accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately to report it.

If you need to initiate a request to return or exchange an item,  please email sara@androidjones.com first with your order number to confirm your return or exchange before shipping any items. 

1. For an exchange, please specify what size or different item you would like exchanged for the original item.
   
   
2. Please include your name and order number on a note with your return.

     4. Once shipped, your return or exchange will be processed within 2 weeks. If you requested a refund we will email you once your refund has been processed. If you requested an exchange, please wait for the new item to be delivered.
